David Sohn - Associate
Mr. Sohn has experience in the areas of antitrust, unfair competition and employment law. He has defended corporations in grand jury investigations involving alleged price-fixing and other anti-competitive conduct. As a member of the ABA Antitrust Section's Committee on Criminal Practices and Procedures, he is part of the team that is drafting model jury instructions for criminal antitrust cases.
